Cut fabric can't be returned for change of mind — it's cut to your order, standard textile practice. Defects, wrong shade, wrong length, or damage are always covered with free replacement or refund. Ready-stock items (threads, buttons, tools, ribbon sets) have a 7-day unused-return window.

Our cut-true promise: every metre is measured with margin. If your delivered cut measures short, send a photo with a tape measure and we resend the difference free — no return needed.
